Featured Funeral: A California Celebration

If this Californian state legislator was known for anything, it was his love for a good time, and his funeral was no exception. Collins had set aside money for his funeral to allow for a large party to celebrate his life. Around 3,000 made it to the party, which was held in a hotel ballroom. There was a large buffet, ice sculptures, bouquets of balloons, three bars, and a 7-piece band.
